Wala ang Kasama ko

Well hello every one. This week has been pretty good.
Monday had the classic pday did the stuff we needed to get ready for
the week then in the evening we went to a hanging bridge in the area
then went and had a family home evening with one of the people that we
were teaching that was fun.
Tuesday We had a day of punting in Parparaya until the sisters
texted us that one of their interested people lives in our area, and they
asked us to visit her. We visited her and had a great
lesson with her and here grandma the nanay was supper interested and
had lots of questions as we shared about the restoration. Then we
returned and had a great lesson with the Maaghop family about the Come
follow me lesson of the week.
Wednesday We had a great day we went out and taught one of the
people that live in the middle of no where and had a great lesson with
them, about the prophets and the church of Christ. We then met with
the stake president here. Then we went and visited a less active and had a
great lesson with them about the "little things" that we do such as
Book of Mormon reading and other things. This went really well,
they liked it and they committed to read the Book of Mormon and start
doing those things. We then had an FHE with several families in the
ward on the beach saying good bye to elder Lopez.
Thursday we had the opportunity to work with a member. The member is
a returning member it was great because he knew the people and he had
been in lots of churches before his conversion so he knew the concerns
of other peoples religions. It was really nice! We visited a brother I
hadn't yet met then went and visited sister Gelynfe we had a great
lesson with her and her dad about the Restoration we found out that the
dad had been taught by missionaries before. He had so many really good
questions. Then in the evening we had dinner with a member. It was great!
They are supper nice the relief society president was there with a bunch of other
people .
Friday we went and worked in Pantoc and had a great lesson with
brother Philip about the prophets and the church of Christ he Is
supper receptive and likes the lessons. We then went and had a great
lesson with sister May Ann the cousin of one of the members. The
members worked with us and it was great lesson about the prophets and
the Church of Christ May Ann was supper receptive and was even reading
the Book of Mormon and is almost to Jacob so this was great!
Saturday we went to Parparya and had one lesson with the referral
of the sisters then in the evening we had a great lesson with the Cabe
family. A family of returning members the mom is not a member but the
lesson about the Restoration was pretty good. Then we went back and
took Elder Lopez to the bus stop. I rode down to Samaritan and met
the other elders there.
Sunday I went back down to my area and went on splits with some
members down there Brother Joshua was a great companion for the day
and we taught several lessons. We then helped a man who had a
motor bike accident in front of us. I then went back to Santa Maria.
This weeks spiritual thought comes from Helman 14. Here Samuel the
Lamanite gives the signs of the birth and death of Christ the sign of
his birth is light for 2 days the sign of his death is darkness for 3
days. Just like the word with Christ we have light without him we are
in darkness. My invitation is to keep in the light keep close to
C

hrist.
Thank you all.
